R&D Engineer

Job Scope:

• Conduct experimental research on various properties of the Company’s products as well as analysis and tests to investigate the chemical phenomena of products.

• Responsible for new product testing, development and prototype production; as well as assisting customers during material evaluation and qualification phases with the Company’s products.

• To work closely with customers in the development of suitable material configurations to meet customer needs and providing technical support to them.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with polymer science, IC package encapsulation materials and semiconductor back-end manufacturing processes is preferred.

• Candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in research and development and possess relevant academic knowledge are encouraged to apply.

QA Engineer

Job Scope:

• Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes.

• Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.

• Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.

• Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirement

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.

• Relevant experience from the semiconductor industry in servicing customer in quality related issues is a plus.

• Knowledge of statistical software such as DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing) will be an added advantage.
