About the Role:
Our client, a leading name in early childhood education, is looking for dedicated and passionate Preschool Teachers across various disciplines to inspire young minds through holistic and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the NEL Framework and relevant ECDA guidelines.

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through play, storytelling, music, outdoor exploration, and hands-on projects.

• Support children’s holistic development — cognitive, social-emotional, moral, and physical.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.

• Partner closely with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and involvement in school events and community engagement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent, recognized by ECDA.

• ACEY, HCIC or equivalent for Infant Care Teachers

• Valid ECDA Certification (L2) is required.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong grasp of early childhood pedagogy and the NEL Framework.

• Passionate, patient, and committed to nurturing young learners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and teaching teams.

• Language proficiency aligned with the subject taught to effectively deliver curriculum content.
