NDT TECHNICIAN/INSPECTOR - #1168689

Job Description:

• Maintain valid NAS410/EN4179 or equivalent Level II certification in required NDT methods.

• Perform NDT system checks, write techniques, and conduct inspections in line with customer requirements and standards.

• Ensure calibration of NDT equipment and validity of chemical consumables before use.

• Generate and issue NDT inspection reports.

• Manage NDT consumables inventory with full traceability of batch numbers and expiry dates.

• Maintain NDT documentation, including techniques, chemical records, process performance, reports, and job records.

• Oversee NDT facilities upkeep, housekeeping, and waste disposal.

• Maintain D1 Rating certifying staff requirements if appointed by the company.

• Carry out other jobs and tasks required by superior or company.

Requirements:

• NITEC qualification in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.

• Qualified NDT Level 2 (ASNT/APCN Aero/NAS 410/En 4179) with MPI/FPI Method.

• At least 2 years' experience in the NDT inspection for aircraft components.

• Candidate who passed M10, CO1CAAS paper will be advantage.

• Salary range is commensurate with experience.

• Candidates must be able to meet near vision & color perception requirement.
