About the Role

Our client, an established multinational company specialising in industrial engineering solutions, is looking for a Sales & Application Engineer to drive business growth across Singapore and the Asia region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical sales, customer engagement, and developing long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth

Technical Sales Support

• Understand customers' manufacturing requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Provide application support and technical advice throughout the sales process

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Customer Relationship Management

• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries

• Maintain regular communication with key accounts

• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, equipment, or engineering solutions

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused mindset

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own a vehicle

• Willing to travel within Asia when required

• Proficient in English. Ability to communicate in additional languages is an advantage when supporting regional customers and business partners.
