As a Management Trainee (F&B), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily store operations and complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.

• Support the Manager in ensuring smooth operational workflows and handling daily financial transactions.

• Lead and mentor team members during shifts to promote productivity and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold food and beverage quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reporting.

• Engage with customers to obtain feedback and continuously enhance the overall service experience.

• Serve as the key point of communication between frontline staff and management to support seamless store operations.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Prior experience in F&B industry is advantageous.
