Facilities Technician (6 days shift | Permanent) - #1168841

About the Role:

• Attend to TAM cases, defect reports, ad-hoc requests, and PPM tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

• Carry out rectification and maintenance works according to the assigned work orders and standard procedures.

• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the approved maintenance checklist.

• Ensure all maintenance and rectification works are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeline.

• Close work orders with the necessary verification or endorsement from the end user, Property Officer, or respective System Engineer.

About You:

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
