Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Material Planner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop material forecasts and production plans while monitoring material consumption to prevent production line stoppages.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and production teams to on-time delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with suppliers to manage delivery schedules based on forecasts, maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Monitor resource availability and implement improvements to prevent production interruptions.

• Maintain a production control system to ensure efficient operations.

• Identify and propose solutions for business process improvements.

• Function in a customer-focused and service-oriented team environment, addressing internal and external challenges effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Power BI; familiarity with Python, VBA, and digital tools for supply chain management is advantageous.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating independence and proactivity.
