• Position: CNC Machine Operator / CNC Machinist

• Location: Loyang

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8.00AM to 6.00PM

• Salary: Basic up to $2,200 Basic + OT + Performance Bonus

• Benefits: 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events

• Our client is an established manufacturing company specialising in precision components and CNC machining. They are currently looking for a hands-on CNC Machine Operator to support daily machining, quality inspection and production activities.

• This role is suitable for candidates who want to develop practical CNC machining and precision manufacturing skills. Candidates with relevant experience are welcome, while training may be provided to suitable applicants with a positive learning attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions and technical documents.

• Monitor machine operations and perform basic adjustments to maintain smooth production.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications.

• Select and install suitable cutting tools, fixtures and materials for machining.

• Use basic measuring instruments to check product dimensions and quality.

• Carry out routine machine maintenance and report equipment faults promptly.

• Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.

• Experience operating CNC machines will be advantageous.

• Candidates without direct experience may be considered, and training may be provided to suitable applicants.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of machining tools and measuring instruments.

• Responsible, willing to learn and attentive to details.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the production team.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

• Able to work overtime when operationally required.

• Strong commitment to product quality and workplace safety.
