About the Role

HLG WAREHOUSE PTE. LTD. is expanding our e-commerce and live commerce operations. We are looking for an energetic, confident and engaging E-Commerce Livestream Host to host live-selling sessions and showcase products to customers through platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and other e-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, enjoys interacting with people and has a strong interest in e-commerce, sales and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and conduct engaging e-commerce livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.

• Present, demonstrate and introduce products to customers in a clear and engaging manner.

• Interact with viewers in real time and respond to customer questions during livestreams.

• Introduce product features, benefits, promotions and special offers to drive customer engagement and sales.

• Encourage viewers to interact with the livestream and complete purchases.

• Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing team to prepare livestream content and product presentations.

• Learn and understand product information before each livestream session.

• Monitor livestream performance and continuously improve presentation and sales performance.

• Assist with basic product content creation and social media activities when required.

• Maintain a professional, energetic and positive image when representing the company and its products.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in livestream hosting, live selling, sales, retail, customer service, content creation or related roles will be an advantage.

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.

• Energetic, outgoing and able to engage with an online audience.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Able to explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.

• Passionate about e-commerce, social media and live commerce.

• Willing to learn new products, livestream platforms and sales techniques.

• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

• Candidates with no prior livestream experience but with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
