About Happy Pantry
Happy Pantry provides thoughtfully managed workplace pantry solutions that help organisations create happier, healthier and more connected workplaces.

More than simply supplying snacks and beverages, we support businesses with end-to-end office pantry management, scheduled stock replenishment, staff engagement and event solutions, customised corporate gift packs, and ready-to-order refreshments through Happy Pantry Express.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market presence, develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with corporate clients.

The Role
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new corporate accounts and supporting marketing initiatives for Happy Pantry’s services.

You will engage decision-makers across HR, Administration, Procurement, Office Management and Corporate Services to understand their workplace needs and recommend suitable pantry, event and gifting solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role combining business development, client engagement and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development -

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities among corporate offices, multinational companies, SMEs, start-ups, co-working spaces, financial institutions, professional service firms, government agencies and other organisations.

  • Prospect for potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct sales activities.

  • Arrange and conduct sales presentations, meetings, pantry consultations and product demonstrations.

  • Understand each client’s team size, preferences, operational requirements and budget before recommending a tailored solution.

  • Prepare proposals and quotations for office pantry management, staff engagement activities, corporate events and customised gift packs.

  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and account handover.

  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for account growth, repeat business and cross-selling.

  • Work closely with the operations team and warehouse to ensure proposed solutions can be delivered smoothly and meet client expectations.

Marketing and Lead Generation -

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to generate awareness, enquiries and qualified corporate leads.

  • Develop content for the company website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, brochures, sales presentations and other marketing materials.

  • Promote Happy Pantry’s full range of services, including a) Office Pantry Management (Top Priority), b) Staff Engagement and Event Solutions, c) Customised Corporate Gift Packs, d) Happy Pantry Express.

  • Support digital marketing campaigns, promotional programmes and seasonal initiatives.

  • Coordinate outreach campaigns targeting HR professionals, office managers, administrative teams and procurement decision-makers.

  • Support corporate events, roadshows, live sales activities and client engagement programmes when required.

  • Monitor campaign performance, customer responses and market trends to improve future initiatives.

  • Gather client feedback, testimonials and case studies to strengthen the company’s marketing and sales materials.

  • Maintain consistent and professional brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or marketing.

  • Experience selling corporate services, office supplies, food and beverage solutions, employee engagement programmes, events or corporate gifts would be an advantage.

  • Confident in prospecting, cold outreach, presenting proposals and speaking with corporate decision-makers.

  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to develop clear and persuasive marketing content.

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working towards sales targets.

  • Organised and able to manage multiple leads, proposals, campaigns and deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms would be beneficial.

  • A valid Singapore driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage but are not essential.

What We’re Looking For

You are commercially driven but understand that strong sales begin with understanding the customer. You listen carefully, communicate confidently and enjoy turning workplace needs into practical, tailored solutions.

You are also willing to be hands-on—whether that means approaching a new prospect, preparing a customised proposal, developing a LinkedIn campaign or supporting an on-site client event.

Most importantly, you share our belief that thoughtful workplace experiences can help employees feel valued, energised and connected.

Key Performance Areas

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Number and quality of qualified leads generated

  • New corporate accounts secured

  • Sales revenue and target achievement

  • Proposal conversion rate

  • Growth of recurring pantry-management accounts

  • Client retention and account-development opportunities

  • Marketing campaign performance and enquiries generated

  • Accuracy and consistency of sales pipeline reporting

Why Join Happy Pantry?

  • Represent a growing workplace solution brand with multiple service offerings.

  • Sell tailored solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all product.

  • Work across pantry management, employee engagement, corporate events and gifting.

  • Build recurring relationships with a diverse range of corporate clients.

  • Play an active role in shaping the company’s sales and marketing growth.
