You'll learn the game, own your pipeline, and close deals that build a company.

What you'll own

• You will prospect, pitch, and follow up on new business opportunities — from cold outreach to signed contract — with energy and structure.

• You will research prospective clients, understand their pain points, and show up to every conversation prepared — not winging it.

• You will support the preparation of tenders and proposals, learning how winning bids are built from the ground up.

• You will track your pipeline meticulously — activities, follow-ups, and conversion rates — and report clearly on where things stand.

• You will represent the company at site visits, client meetings, and industry events — professionally and with genuine enthusiasm for what we do.

• You will identify what's working in our BD approach and proactively suggest how we can do it better.

• 30dYou've mapped our target client landscape, understand our core services, and have made your first 20 outreach contacts.

• 60dYou have 5+ active opportunities in your pipeline. You've supported at least one proposal or tender submission.

• 90dYou've closed or significantly progressed a deal. You know the difference between a tyre-kicker and a real opportunity.
