About Us

VitaminMall is one of Singapore's leading online health supplement store, operating across major e-commerce platforms in Singapore and Malaysia, including Shopee, Lazada, NTUC FairPrice, and RedMart. We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil online customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Pick, pack, and prepare health supplement products for shipment.

• Ensure all orders are packed correctly and ready for timely collection by logistics partners.

• Update and assist customers regarding order and delivery status when required.

• Receive, sort, and put away incoming stock.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and general housekeeping.

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory handling.

Requirements

• GCE N-Level, O-Level, or equivalent qualification.

• Basic IT proficiency and comfortable using smartphones and laptops.

• Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Lunch Break 12.15pm - 12.45pm )
