Manager, Facilities Management & Projects - #1167465

Job Description:

• Manage and take on all Key Accounts assigned, administer all accounts for timely claims and reports submissions, resolving any issues raised by the clients.

• Prepare regular recurring reports to Management and clients.

• Review financial health of each account, prepare financial projects for revenue and expenses and present to Management.

• Attend monthly/ad-hoc meetings with clients independently for accounts/sites assigned by the upline managers.

• Review tender bids and pre-contract matters for IFM, M&E, ID and Construction tenders & Project Management consultancy tenders

• Provide value engineering and technology-driven improvement proposals to improve competitiveness of the tenders submitted.

• Prepare budget for tenders for IFM, project or facilities works, including analysing and evaluating for recommendation to award tender.

• Review collection of documents from contractors and ensuring their completeness and full compliance with the tender requirements.

• Prepare presentation slides, attend tender interviews and present tender proposal.

• Keep the upline managers informed of all accounts, contractual and operational matters.

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the upline managers.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or any other equivalent.

• 5 years of relevant experience in Key Accounts, Contracts Administration and Projects Management.

• Preferably possess SIFMA’s CFME Tier 2 or 3 certification.

• Familiar with Public and Private Sectors procurement processes (e.g. GeBIZ, SESAMi, TenderBoard, Ariba) would be beneficial.

• Proven ability in handling pre- and post-tender processes, operations, contract disputes, administration and monitoring.
