The Job

To handle the daily operation activities in Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)
Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions / application
Validate customer instructions and ensure compliance checks
Conduct daily reconciliation of receipts and payouts
Manage escalation and queries from other supporting teams and business units relating to ITT/OTT and appropriately execute in a professional and timely manner
Identify and manage risks and controls. Perform control and review functionalities to ensure no backlog, lapse or gaps in operations activities
Effective management of resources to improve operation activities and team productivity

The Talent

Experience in Banking Operations is an advantage

High attention to detail and accuracy
