Childcare Centre Principal - #1167024

At Lillipods, we believe childhood should be filled with wonder, warmth, safety, and meaningful learning. We are looking for a capable and committed Centre Leader / Principal to help lead our preschool community.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, including curriculum delivery, safety, health and hygiene, compliance, and administration

• Foster a child-safe environment by ensuring appropriate child management practices, clear reporting processes, and prompt follow-up on concerns

• Ensure the preschool complies with all relevant regulatory and operational requirements

• Lead manpower planning and staff deployment to meet operational needs and required staff-child ratios

• Support staff orientation and induction so that new team members settle in well and understand our standards and culture

• Oversee the quality of curriculum delivery and help maintain a strong learning experience for every child

• Build warm and professional relationships with parents, and handle parent and public queries with care and confidence

• Guide and uplift staff practice through regular observations, meetings, coaching, and sharing of good practices

• Support the professional and personal development of staff through training and development opportunities

• Contribute actively to marketing initiatives for the preschool and the Lillipods brand in Singapore

• Develop and implement plans to support enrolment, growth, and the continued success of the preschool

• Ensure that the preschool is run in a responsible, sustainable, and cost-efficient manner
