• Working Hours: 10.00am to 8.00pm (Rotating Schedule)

• Salary: Up to $7000 gross (6,000 Basic + Commission) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.

• Prescribe spectacle and contact lens corrections based on patients' visual needs.

• Identify common vision conditions and signs of ocular abnormalities, and recommend appropriate management or referral where required.

• Provide professional advice on eyewear, lenses and eye care products.

• Perform contact lens fitting and follow-up consultations.

• Educate patients on eye health and preventive eye care practices.

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

• Work closely with the retail and clinic teams to achieve service excellence.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Optometry or equivalent qualification.

• Fully registered with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board and holding a valid Practicing Certificate.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-focused with a professional and caring approach.

• Able to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.

• Retail optical or clinical experience will be an advantage
