Warehouse Operations Supervisor - #1166967

Our client, a renowned Switzerland-based multinational corporation (MNC), is looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to support and oversee their daily logistics operations.

Location: Alps Ave (Transport Provided at Tampines and Bedok)

Working Days and Timing: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm Alt Sat
Salary: Up to $4500

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the dispatch team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and timely shipment processing.

• Coordinate shipment sorting, scanning, and dispatch to linehaul carriers while ensuring compliance with SLA and operational standards.

• Monitor daily shipment volumes, optimise manpower allocation, and drive operational productivity.

• Track operational performance by preparing reports, monitoring KPIs, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, transport providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational execution and resolve shipment-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety, and security requirements, and perform any other duties or projects assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, courier, or transport operations.

• Proven leadership and people management skills in a fast-paced operational environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel); experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipment tracking systems is an advantage.
