Salary: Up to $5000 per month
Location: 1North Buona Vista Drive
Working hour :Mon- Fri 8.30am to 6pm

• Manage and monitor contracted research projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and maintaining project tracking systems with regular progress reporting.
• Coordinate research administration and governance, ensuring compliance with data management requirements and facilitating collaboration between schools and Institutes of Higher Learning.
• Oversee programme operations, including budget management, procurement processes, vendor coordination, and adherence to government financial policies.
• Build strategic partnerships with local and international researchers and institutions while identifying opportunities for research collaboration and rapid research initiatives.
• Translate research into practice by developing dissemination strategies, practitioner guides, policy briefs, and actionable insights for educators, policymakers, and edtech stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement and capability development through cross-functional coordination, professional development programmes, and monitoring and evaluation of ETD Rapid Research initiatives.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in research-related disciplines (e.g. educational research, sociology, psychology), or with relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in supporting or carrying out research projects (preferably in education settings; undergraduate research experience included).
• Strong written andverbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, briefs,and presentation materials
