• Position : Social Worker

• Location : MacPherson

• Working hours : 5 days | Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6.30pm | Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 Monthly Basic + Company mobile phone provided + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance bonus, subject to company and individual performance + Meals provided during scheduled working hours + Dental benefits + Medical benefits and group insurance coverage

Responsibilities:

• Provide casework and counselling support to residents.

• Assess residents’ needs and risks, and develop and implement Individual Care Plans.

• Collaborate with families and external stakeholders, including schools, social service agencies and healthcare providers.

• Facilitate group sessions and life-skills programmes, and coordinate external activities.

• Monitor residents’ progress, maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, or an equivalent recognised qualification.

• Minimum two years of relevant social work or casework experience.

• Experience supporting vulnerable youth, residents or families in a residential, community or social service setting would be advantageous.
