As a Business Office Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and support daily Business Office operations, including patient billing, charging, collections, subsidies, financial counselling, and revenue processes.

• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing, claims processing, account reconciliation, follow-up of accounts and billing operations.

• Drive and support workflow transformation, digitalisation, process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimise manpower utilisation.

• Lead and support CHCS/system transformation projects and operational readiness initiatives.

• Supervise, guide, and develop Business Office staff to ensure smooth operations, operational excellence, and service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline with relevant experience in healthcare Business Office, billing, or operations management.
