About the role

We are seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant to join our vibrant team at ATH.ISA stall at Timbre Hillview. This is either a full-time (monthly pay) or part-time (hourly pay) position, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate order processing

3. Serving meals and refreshments to customers in a timely manner

4. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area and restocking supplies

5. Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as needed

6. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a F&B assistant or similar customer service role in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

4. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

5. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
