Customer Service Officer (In-House Call Centre)
Location: Jurong
2 shift as per rostered - 40hrs a week
Permanent Position – NOT project-based

Your Responsibilities
Handle and resolve customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible
Follow up with internal departments when required and provide updates to customers
Accurately log all interactions into the system
Proactively escalate recurring issues or trends to Team Lead / Manager
Who We’re Looking For
Min education: GCE N Level with experience in call center environment
Good communication skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented
Comfortable handling phone and email enquiries
Responsible and detail-oriented
