Responsibilities
Pursue and manage project opportunities through active customer engagement and thorough needs assessment.
Develop new leads via site visits, networking, and outreach efforts, including cold calling.
Drive market awareness by promoting products and solutions, while building a robust sales pipeline.
Foster long-term client relationships to support sustained engagement and high customer satisfaction.
Support the development and implementation of annual sales strategies aligned with departmental goals, focusing on achieving targets and consistent year-on-year growth.
Prepare tenders and proposals, and engage in negotiations to secure contracts with strong profit margins.
Monitor order fulfilment by tracking progress and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Deliver monthly reports on order intake, revenue performance, and key non-financial indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in ACMV / HVAC / Cooling towers.
Hardworking, positive and driven.
