Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Order (PO) and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock according to company requirements.

  • Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters.

  • Prepare and process shipping and purchasing documents, including PO, DO, invoices, packing lists, and related documents.

  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QC, Sales, and Accounts to ensure smooth material flow and deliveries.

  • Perform stock checks, stock taking, and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Maintain purchasing and logistics records, filing, and documentation.

  • Assist the warehouse team with receiving, loading, unloading, picking, and packing of goods when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification.

  • Relevant work experience is preferred. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Computer literacy. SAP training will be provided.

  • Positive and proactive, able to work well with cross-functional teams.

  • Willing to support day-to-day warehouse operations.

  • Forklift license is an added advantage.

  • Able to work 12-hour shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 7:30pm).

  • Work location: Pandan Loop (West).
