Responsibilities:
Process Purchase Order (PO) and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock according to company requirements.
Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Prepare and process shipping and purchasing documents, including PO, DO, invoices, packing lists, and related documents.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QC, Sales, and Accounts to ensure smooth material flow and deliveries.
Perform stock checks, stock taking, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Maintain purchasing and logistics records, filing, and documentation.
Assist the warehouse team with receiving, loading, unloading, picking, and packing of goods when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification.
Relevant work experience is preferred. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Computer literacy. SAP training will be provided.
Positive and proactive, able to work well with cross-functional teams.
Willing to support day-to-day warehouse operations.
Forklift license is an added advantage.
Able to work 12-hour shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 7:30pm).
Work location: Pandan Loop (West).
