Responsibilities
Undertake general office administrative duties (e.g. Documentation management and mail distribution)
Liaise with customers on certification requirements
Handle phone calls and email correspondence from clients, with respect to, basic enquiry, invoicing and test report generation
Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
Requirements
At least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Prior administrative or service-oriented experience in general engineering will be an advantage (New graduates are welcome - as long as willing to learn)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of Invoicing System (e.g. SAP etc)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle phone calls and email correspondence professionally
Basic understanding of invoicing and payment tracking processes will be an advantage
Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc.
