Furniture Retail Sales Executive - #1166571

At Loft Home, we create thoughtfully designed furniture that fits real lifestyles and modern living. We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our Singapore showroom team and help customers find pieces they love. This role is about great service, genuine connections, and creating a welcoming in-store experience.

Work Location:

5 Gambas Crescent, Singapore 757036

Work Schedule:

6 days of work weekly

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers warmly, creating a strong and positive first impression of the brand.

• Understand customers’ needs through active listening and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Drive sales conversion across all channels including walk-ins, email, chat, and other platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

• Support daily showroom operations, including visual upkeep, stock receiving and issuing, and accurate monthly stock checks.

• Prepare and coordinate delivery slips with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

• Assist with other operational tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, especially in furniture, home décor, or similar fields.

• Highly motivated with a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently.

• Proficient in English. Ability to speak Chinese and or Malay is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive mindset.

• Comfortable with a 6-day work week, working on-site with compulsory weekend shifts.
