• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (Saturday, 9am – 1pm)

• Duration: Permanent

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support project cost management, tendering, and contract administration for construction and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will help manage project costs, prepare tender documents, and ensure projects are completed within budget while meeting quality and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents and quotations.

• Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Assist in tender submissions and tender evaluations.

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.

• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project.

• Support procurement and material costing.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on project and contractual matters.

• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

• Support contract administration and cost control.

• Attend project meetings and site visits when required.

• Ensure work complies with company procedures and contractual requirements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of Singapore-based experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.

• Able to handle both pre-contract and post-contract works.

• Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control and contract administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying/costing software.

• Knowledge or experience in using Bluebeam will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge or experience in using the ARIBA system and GeBIZ tender submission will be an added advantage.

• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight project deadlines.
