Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including collecting necessary documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating new-hire orientations and exit interviews

  • Track employee contract renewals and issue the new contracts

Employee Support & Administration

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, and leave management

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital personnel records ensuring strict data integrity

  • Manage work pass tracking, applications and renewals

  • Handle vendor registration and process vendor invoices

Learning & Development

  • Training registration, documentation and tracking

  • Coordinate internal and external training schedules, enroll participants, and reserve/setup training rooms or virtual meeting links

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Execute and participate in CSR and employee wellness programs

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: 5 years’ experience as an HR Administrator

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS/HRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, high attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication skills.
