Allied Container (Engineers & Manufacturing) Pte Ltd operates an Inland Container Depot providing container storage, handling, repairs, cleaning, inspection and related depot services to shipping lines and container leasing companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain customer relationships, promote depot services, identify business opportunities and deliver an excellent customer experience.
· Manage assigned customer accounts and act as the primary relationship manager.
· Build relationships with shipping lines and container leasing companies.
· Conduct customer visits and business reviews.
· Identify new business opportunities for depot services.
· Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
· Follow up on quotations and negotiate within approved guidelines.
· Represent customer needs internally and coordinate for service excellence.
· Proactively communicate service improvements and business opportunities.
· Handle customer feedback professionally and recommend improvements.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
· Prepare account performance and sales pipeline reports.
· Represent the company during customer meetings and industry events.
· Perform other commercial duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related discipline.
· 2–5 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Customer Success.
· Container depot or shipping industry experience is advantageous.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building ability.
Working hours
· 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
