August Design
Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and project documents.
Source materials and request quotations from suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Follow up on material orders and deliveries.
Assist with project costing and Variation Orders (VO).
Visit project sites when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec / Diploma qualification.
Candidates with a Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Positive attitude, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel).
Experience in the renovation or construction industry is an advantage but not required.
