Are you passionate about project management and delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects? We are looking for a proactive and responsible Project Executive / Senior Project Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating projects from planning to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion.

  • Plan, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Attend project, site, and coordination meetings, and follow up on action items.

  • Supervise site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Monitor project costs, material deliveries, manpower, and work progress.

  • Prepare project reports, site documentation, method statements, and project records.

  • Resolve site issues and provide practical solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety requirements.

  • Support project handover, defect rectification, and project close-out.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Project Executive.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Project Executive.

  • Experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of project coordination, site management, and construction processes.

  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
