General Service Personnel - Material Handler (12h Shift) - #1166128

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handling of materials for production manually or using aids like PIT (e.g.: power truck) and top up of material and packing of parts.

2. Perform as a relief Operator for a short duration as and when required.

3. Cleaning of equipment - conveyor belts, air nozzles, filter etc and remove/ change materials during code change when required.

4. Filling up report/ labels - recording of components numbers, batch numbers, discarding and recording of scrap.

5. Responsible to comply with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.

6. Maintain good inventory control by ensuring all inventory transactions are transacted accurately and updated at all times.

7. Perform regular inventory counts, such as monthly cycle count, and annual physical count.

Qualification / Education

To include the education that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily

· Primary/ Sec 2/ Sec 4 or equivalent

Skill Set / Experience

· Primary education with experience

· Simple mathematics - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division

· Language proficiency: English

· PC knowledge

· Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/ Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred

· Ability to operate material handling equipment eg. power truck is preferred
