Customer Service Executive – Order Processing / FMCG Food Distribution - #1164478

Location: Senoko Drive, Singapore (7 Bus stops from Woodlands North MRT - TEL brown line, once alight 3 mins walking distance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm / Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm (Flexibility to arrange for WFH on saturdays)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
Our client, an established company in the food distribution / FMCG industry, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, order coordination, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  Handling enquiries, WhatsApp/email/phone communication, resolving issues, customer follow-up.

• Order Processing / Order Fulfilment Coordination
  Processing customer orders accurately, tracking order status, coordinating with logistics, warehouse, finance and sales.

• Internal Coordination
  Making sure orders are fulfilled smoothly and customers are updated.

Requirements

• Minimum O Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably from the FMCG / food industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or order management systems will be an advantage.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic salary: $2,800 to $3,000 per month, depending on experience.
