Job Description
Perform R&D equipment set-up, qualifications, PM & calibrations.
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems for R&D equipment in engineering labs.
Rebuilds engineering equipment as required.
Perform equipment modifications & upgrade as required.
Ensure good record keeping and documentation in the equipment tracking system.
Respond to customer requests and prioritize customer requests accordingly.
Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper PPE, lockout and chemical safety.
Operate and maintain equipment and tools within engineering labs requirements and company safety guidelines.
Support internal and external engineering lab audits.
Engineering Product tracking and inventory controls.
Collaborate closely with functional teams for equipment setup, qualifications, modification/upgrade and repair.
Foster closer collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
Focus on customer needs and provide timely solutions.
Additional Job Description
Must be able to work 12 hours shift, including night shift.
Minimum Polytechnic Engineering Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
Knowledge of semiconductor process and technologies is preferred.
High level of cooperation with good communication skills.
Highly driven individual, proactive and ability to multi-task.
Working experience in Semiconductor R&D equipment is preferred
