Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing, leave administration, and benefits enrollment.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
Perform general administrative duties for the HR department.
Requirements:
Previous HR or administrative experience preferred.
Entry-level candidates welcome with relevant qualification in HR or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
