We're Hiring: Interior Designer (Renovation & Construction)

Do you have a passion for transforming spaces and seeing your designs come to life? We're looking for a creative and driven Interior Designer to join our growing team and work on exciting residential, commercial, and landed property renovation and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.

• Prepare space planning, mood boards, material selections, and design concepts.

• Prepare quotations and project proposals.

• Coordinate with project coordinators, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project.

• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed according to plan.

• Manage project timelines and maintain excellent communication with clients.

• Provide creative design solutions while ensuring functionality, quality, and budget requirements are met.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, or other relevant design software. (Optional)

• Good knowledge of renovation details, construction methods, and materials.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Prior experience in the renovation or interior design industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
