Job Summary

Lead the launch and daily operations of our new Suntec City store. We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on leader who takes ownership, drives results and builds a high-performing retail team.

Salary & Benefits

  • S$3,800–S$4,500 per month

  • Monthly Performance Bonus

  • Staff Purchase Discount

  • 3-month probation period, with probationary salary set at S$200 below the confirmed salary

  • Final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, capabilities and overall suitability for the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the overall operations and performance of the store.

  • Lead, coach and manage the retail team, including staff scheduling, task delegation and performance follow-up.

  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, events and customer engagement.

  • Monitor sales performance, inventory movement and customer demand to support product selection and replenishment.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, organised stock management and high store presentation standards.

  • Identify operational issues, recommend practical solutions and ensure effective execution.

  • Stay informed about anime, gaming, collectibles and pop-culture trends to support merchandising and product decisions.

  • Provide proactive updates on store performance, staffing, inventory and operational concerns.

  • Work closely with management on business growth, product launches, marketing initiatives and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

  • Minimum three years of relevant retail experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.

  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve sales and store performance.

  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently, take ownership and make sound operational decisions.

  • Experience in inventory management, merchandising, POS systems or retail reporting is an advantage.

  • Strong interest in anime, manga, games, collectibles or pop-culture trends is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work according to a retail roster, including weekends and public holidays.
