Technical Sales Engineer (Basic + Transport/Mobile Allowance) - Tai Seng - #1166467

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Manage full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure to achieve sales target.

• Pitching specialized instrumentation and testing services directly to technical decision-makers (such as Licensed Electrical Engineers, facility managers, and power grid operators).

• Visiting power generation plants, substations, and large industrial properties to diagnose asset management challenges and propose tailored continuous monitoring systems.

• Conducting technical presentations and hands-on demonstrations of portable testing instruments and online DGA equipment.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and product documentation.

• Work closely with management to review sales performance, provide project updates, and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Clean Energy

• Min 1 year experience in electrical is a Must

• Class 3 Driving license is a Must (Car Provided)

• Knowledge in high-voltage environments, electrical substations, and transformer operations is a Plus

• Able to communicate and make presentations effectively, be it in writing or verbally.

• Good time management.

• Self-motivated, target-focused and customer-centric

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess own vehicle will be an advantage
