Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing, RFQs, price negotiation, and order placement.
- Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and shipment arrangements.
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory management.
- Liaise with logistics providers on shipment status and customs documentation.
- Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
- Support supplier performance, cost reduction initiatives, and BOM analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
