Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project completion
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Prepare technical documentation, including I/O lists, cable schedules, and cost estimates
• Develop operation manuals and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documentation
• Support testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems
• Modify PLC and HMI programs to meet operational requirements
• Implement changes and enhancements in SCADA/DCS systems
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, including P&ID, PFD, electrical single-line, 3-phase, I/O wiring, and system architecture diagrams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD for viewing and interpreting drawings
• Basic understanding of PLC programming (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 is an added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of HMI programming (Pro-face GP-Pro EX, Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk is an added advantage)
• Familiarity with SCADA systems; Emerson DeltaV experience is an added advantage
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, Modbus, and Profibus
• Basic knowledge of electrical power systems, including single-phase, three-phase, AC/DC systems, and cable sizing
• Understanding of control and instrumentation systems, including 4–20mA signals, 24VDC systems, I/O troubleshooting, and cable calculations
• Knowledge of Singapore electrical regulations (IEC 60079-14, SS 638)
