• Up to $7,000 per month, AWS, and VB

Responsibilities:

• Boost machine utilization and reduce downtime by coordinating with relevant teams to improve overall yield.

• Build and maintain a flexible, agile stamping workforce through effective production manpower management.

• Deliver training and coaching for supervisors and operators to strengthen working culture using MOS concepts and PBM philosophy.

• Optimize machine output, product quality, and plant utilization by collaborating with production managers and supervisors.

• Ensure smooth production flow by managing scheduling, production control, inventory, and output to deliver the right product, quality, and quantity at the right time.

• Improve COPQ, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support quality/process issues for in-house and vendor operations.

• Maintain compliant documentation for process capability studies, FMEAs, SOPs, and production records under TS16949, while driving cost reduction in labor and overhead

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or related field.

• Min 3 years’ experience in manufacturing.

• Experience in process improvement
