Job Description
Be part of our HR team and support end-to-end HR & Administration functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management and workplace operations. You'll play an important role in shaping a positive employee experience and supporting our people to grow.
Your role will include but not limited to:
• Effect recruitment programs for timely hiring of suitable candidates
• HRIS and e-leave system maintenance
• Maintain employee records, work pass and contract
• Administer the Work Pass (WP, SPass, EP) application, renewal and cancellation.
• Prepare monthly HR reports.
• Othere office and Admin matters as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimun 2-3 years experience in HR related job.
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Experience in the construction or engineering industry will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
