3D Interior Designer - #1164189

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences,

and budget constraints. Develop design concepts that align with clients' vision and requirements. Create detailed interior design plans, including 2D and 3D renderings. Select and source materials, furniture, and accessories that complement the design concept. Oversee the implementation of design plans, coordinating with contractors and vendors. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Techincal Skills:

1. Proficiency in design software such as Autocad, SketchUp ( must )

2. Experience with 3D rendering tools to create realistic visualizations of design concept.

3. Strong knowledge of industry- standard materials, finishes, and furnishings.

4. Ability to create accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations and construction documents.

5. Understanding of lighting design principle and integration into overall interior design.

Creative Skills:

1. Exceptional creativity and an eye for design aesthetics.

2. Ability to develop innovative and unique design concepts that align with client preferences.

3. Skill in creating mood boards, color palettes and design presentations.

4. Capacity to adapt and incorporate the latest design trends into projects.

5. Spatial awareness and the ability to optimize space for functionality and visual appeal.

Comunication and Collaboration:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design ideas and concepts to clients and team member.

2. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, contractors and vendors.

3. Ability to collaborate with contractors and others professionals involved in the design process.

Project Management:

1. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously and meet deadlines.

3. Budget management skills to select and source materials and furnishings within given constraints.

Education and Experience:

1. Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and completed projects.
