Contract Performance Manager (Aerospace) - #1162831

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Performance Manager to lead contract governance, commercial performance tracking, and contract lifecycle management across key aerospace customers. This role is responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, commercial optimization, risk mitigation, and strong cross-functional alignment between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management & Governance

• Own OEM contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal Counsel and Sales leadership

• Manage full contract lifecycle from RFQ, proposal, negotiation, execution, compliance, to renewal

• Establish and maintain contract performance management matrix across key customer agreements

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and internal change management processes

• Own contract review and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies

Commercial Performance & Risk Management

• Ensure delivery of EBITDA targets through effective contract execution and commercial alignment

• Manage pricing adjustments, escalations, and pass-through mechanisms in accordance with contracts

• Analyze contract profitability, margins, and financial performance across lifecycle

• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks

• Lead claim and dispute management in coordination with site teams and legal

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead monthly internal contract performance reviews with Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service teams

• Coordinate with Finance and Pricing teams to ensure commercial accuracy and deal integrity

• Provide contract guidance and advisory support to operational sites on key customer issues

• Attend customer reviews and support resolution of commercial matters

Process Improvement & Capability Building

• Drive contract policy improvements and standardization of contract processes

• Develop and deliver training on contract management and commercial awareness to internal teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in contract governance and commercial processes

• Manage structured communication processes for strategic customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or related discipline

• MBA or advanced degree

• 5–7 years of experience in contracts, commercial, or contract management roles within aerospace or high-tech manufacturing

• Strong experience in full OEM contract lifecycle management

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and ERP tools

• Proficiency in Salesforce and contract/commercial tracking systems

• Strong understanding of pricing models, cost structures, and financial KPIs (EBITDA, margin analysis)

• Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills for financial and contract analysis

• Strong knowledge of contract law, escalation clauses, liability terms, and commercial risk frameworks

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
