Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace) - #1162829

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace production activities. You will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes, CNC programming, tooling design, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a precision engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end manufacturing process flow from raw material to finished product shipment

• Create and update work instructions based on engineering drawings and specifications

• Perform CNC programming for milling and turning using CAD/CAM software

• Design tooling, fixtures, and gauges for manufacturing and inspection use

• Support development of special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot Peening, and Welding

• Conduct pilot runs, process validation, and operator training

• Provide technical support to production to ensure quality and delivery targets are met

• Troubleshoot machining and manufacturing process issues

• Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities and manufacturing feasibility studies

• Participate in continuous improvement (CI) and cost optimization projects

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Aeronautical / Materials Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in precision engineering or aerospace environment

• Strong experience in CNC machining (milling & turning) and CAD/CAM programming

• Proficient in CAD software (Siemens NX / Unigraphics preferred)

• Strong knowledge of tooling and fixture design

• Good understanding of aerospace special processes (Heat Treatment, EDM, Brazing, Welding, etc.)

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• 1-month AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)

• Average 2+ months variable bonus (based on company performance)

• 14 days annual leave

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:48 PM
