Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to become a part of our team at Changi Recommends, where you’ll help travelers make the most of their Singapore experience.

Job Details:
Location: Changi Airport
Salary: $2200 - $2600
Duration: Perm
Working hours: 12 hours per day (incl 1 hour break time), 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am (Including weekends and public holidays)

Responsibilities

• Promote Changi Recommends products and services, including SIM cards, WiFi routers, and tour packages

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Singapore attractions, prepaid SIM cards, and travel/airline ticketing (experience in these areas is a plus!)

• Perform baggage wrapping services

• Approach and assist customers with a friendly, customer- and sales-oriented attitude

• Keep stock inventory accurate and arrange replenishments when necessary

• Support meet-and-greet services and assist with bookings, reservations, or transport arrangements as needed
