Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Technical Coordination
Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to analyse and document business needs for system enhancements, new implementations, and automation initiatives.
Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), use cases, and process flow documentation.
Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and existing system capabilities and recommend practical solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Project Coordination & Solution Delivery
Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test scenarios and scripts.
Facilitate system implementation and deployment activities.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
Manage relationships with software vendors and ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and timelines.
Support project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
MIS Operations & Data Management
Monitor and support core business applications including ERP, POS, CRM, and Loan Management Systems.
Design, develop, and maintain management reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across business systems.
Act as the escalation point for complex system and application-related issues.
Support system governance, security controls, and business continuity initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and enterprise applications.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation, reporting, and analysis.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure Boards, Teams Planner, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with geographically dispersed or regional teams is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, or equivalent project management methodologies.
Experience with cloud applications, workflow automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
Knowledge of data governance, system security, and IT infrastructure concepts.
Experience supporting security audits, DPTM preparation, or VAPT reviews.
Background in financial services, retail, multi-branch operations, or similar industries will be advantageous.
Ability to adapt quickly to different business models and operational environments.
