• Position : Airfreight Import Manager (Freight Forwarding | Customer Service)

• Location : Changi

• Working hours : 5.25 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm | Alternate Saturday: 9am - 1pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Transport Provided: Tanah Merah and Tampines Pick Up Point + Medical and Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Airfreight Import Customer Service team

• Oversee end-to-end import operations (documentation, carrier coordination, customs clearance, billing & job closure)

• Monitor team KPIs and service standards (SLA compliance)

• Handle customer escalations and complex import matters

• Identify process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customs regulations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in airfreight import customer service or operations

• Strong knowledge of airfreight import processes and customs requirements will be preferred

• Experience using Cargowise system will be advantageous
