Are you a detail-oriented operations professional who enjoys managing processes, handling stakeholder enquiries, and working with data? We are looking for a Campaign Operations Executive to support the successful execution of a large-scale campaign project.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in campaign operations, financial reconciliation, customer enquiry management, and post-campaign reporting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Voucher Reimbursement Operations
Manage end-to-end tenant reimbursement processes through the Tenant Admin Portal
Review and validate reimbursement submissions against system-generated reports
Investigate discrepancies and liaise with tenants for clarification and supporting documents
Escalate unresolved issues for further investigation when required
Passenger Enquiry Management
Handle passenger enquiries received through various channels, including email, chatbot, and support platforms
Assess enquiries and provide timely resolutions using established guidelines and templates
Request additional information where necessary and coordinate follow-ups
Escalate complex or system-related cases to the relevant internal teams
Maintain accurate case records and ensure prompt closure of enquiries
Financial Reconciliation
Support monthly reconciliation of voucher issuance, redemption, expiry records, and finance reports
Verify transaction data and identify discrepancies for investigation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and prepare supporting documentation for finance closure
Post-Campaign Reporting
Consolidate campaign data and operational records
Track key campaign metrics, including redemption rates, reimbursement totals, and enquiry volumes
Assist in preparing management reports and presentation materials
Ad-hoc Support
Undertake additional operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in any relevant discipline
3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service, finance administration, or related fields
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in campaign operations, reconciliation, reporting, or customer support will be an advantage
Able to commit to the full contract duration
