Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours:

• 1 vacancy: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm

• 1 vacancy: Tuesday – Saturday | 6:30am – 3:30pm

Completion Bonus: 1 month’s base salary equivalent upon successful completion of 12 months’ service

This role sits within the Order Management function and provides opportunities to work closely with regional teams while contributing to process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Process new customer orders and order changes through SAP Order Management systems within agreed service levels.

• Support order pricing issue analysis and coordinate resolution with Account Managers, Pricing teams, and Sales.

• Create and maintain customer business partner records and customer setups within SAP.

• Monitor and resolve order holds to support timely shipment and customer delivery requirements.

• Identify order data inconsistencies across systems and perform preliminary investigation before escalation.

• Generate reports and support operational tracking for order management activities.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardisation, and automation projects using tools such as AI and RPA.

• Collaborate with regional teams across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Requirements:

• Experience in Order Management module in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System / SAP Fiori Apps is an advantage.

• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience (relevant internship exposure is welcome).

• Strong willingness to learn and explore AI-enabled ways of working.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
